DIRECTIONS TO PROPERTY: TRACT 1: Follow MO Highway “5” to Laurie, MO. Property is located one the east side of Hwy “5” at the intersection of Hwy “5” & MO State Hwy “O”. Tract 2: From tract one continue east on MO State Hwy “O” to the clubhouse entrance of Indian Rock Golf Course (Indian Lake Ave.). Stay right onto Osage Ave following to the lots located on the north side of the road, look for signs.

This 1.2 acre,+/-, tract is zoned C-2 within the City of Laurie and has substantial frontage on Route “O” with excellent visibility from Highway 5.
