Wally Iman grew up in the auction business and began his auction career in 1975 under his father, Cleve Iman.  He attended Missouri Auction School in 1975 and obtained his real estate salespersons and brokers licenses in 1976 and 1977 respectively.  Wally attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City, University of Missouri – Columbia and Webster University St. Louis with studies focused on business and business management.  Wally spent 10 years in the Gundaker organization in St. Louis before returning to Salisbury in 1996 and has worked in the land business for many years.

Scott Martin joined the Central States Land & Auction team in the spring of 2013 and graduated  from the Missouri Auction School in St. Louis soon thereafter. The Missouri Auction School is considered the “Harvard” of auction schools and Scott has put the knowledge gained to full use. Though just getting started, Scott has numerous auctions under his belt, strives for perfection in each undertaking and is sharpening his auction, land and real estate skills.  He looks forward to assisting you with all your auction needs. Scott currently resides north of Huntsville, Mo with his wife and children

Glenn Higgenbotham is a 1986 graduate of Fort Smith Auction School. He is originally from the Wellsville/Montgomery City Area. Glenn has 29 years of experience in the auction business ranging from Real Estate to Personal Property and always makes himself available to do charity auctions for those in need. He currently resides with his wife on their farm North of Mexico.
